Last year’s Constructors’ Championship win reaffirmed McLaren’s place at the top of the sport, and with strong performances this season, we are optimistic about a serious shot at the Drivers’ Championship as well. Being part of this legacy, and bringing that spirit to our customers in Dubai, is what makes leading this brand truly exciting.
Where do you envision McLaren in the region over the next three years, both on the road and within the community of enthusiasts?
Over the next three years, I see McLaren solidifying its position as the most exclusive yet approachable supercar brand in the region. On the road, we will continue growing our presence with models that blend performance with sustainable technologies, including hybrid innovations. Within the community, our vision is to expand the McLaren Family, offering even more track experiences, lifestyle events, and tailored engagements that are unmatched in the industry.

How does your leadership style influence the way McLaren customers experience the brand?
I have been part of the group for over 24 years, and one of the most important lessons I have learned is that ownership is key to progress. It’s the most effective way to truly connect with teams and lead by example.
My leadership style is built on living that sense of ownership every day and spreading it across the team. It’s also grounded in collaboration, transparency, and a strong customer-first mindset. By empowering our team to act with passion and precision, we ensure that every customer interaction reflects McLaren’s core values: performance, innovation, and exclusivity.
The result is a consistent, high-quality experience that leaves a lasting impression and strengthens our connection with every McLaren owner.
Which milestone best represents McLaren’s journey and growth in Dubai?
One of the most defining milestones was the opening of the largest McLaren facility in the world, located in a prime position on Sheikh Zayed Road in the heart of Dubai. With its striking presence and state-of-the-art design, it has become a true landmark, attracting visitors from across the globe.
Prospects and customers alike enjoy stopping by to explore the latest McLaren models or to service their cars. This gives us a valuable opportunity to regularly engage with them, build relationships, and host a wide range of events and experiences throughout the year. The facility not only reflects the brand’s prestige but also serves as a hub for the McLaren community in the region.
Another significant operational milestone was the launch of the McLaren 750S in Dubai. This event reaffirmed our commitment to engineering excellence and further strengthened our customers’ trust in the brand. It marked our evolution from a niche supercar brand to a leading name among automotive enthusiasts in the region, all while maintaining the exclusivity that defines McLaren.

In what ways does McLaren Dubai contribute to building a passionate community of supercar owners and fans?
We actively cultivate the McLaren community through exclusive track days, private lifestyle events, and curated drives across the UAE. These experiences bring together like-minded enthusiasts who share a deep passion for performance, design, and engineering.
A key part of our ongoing engagement is McLaren Home, our uniquely designed, luxury space in a prime Dubai location. Featuring multiple lounges, McLaren Home regularly hosts F1 race screenings, private gatherings, and a variety of special events. This environment allows us to build personal connections with our customers and offer them much more than just ownership, we offer a sense of family.
