Founded in 1977 by Mr. Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda, Real Estate Services (RES) is the property management arm of the Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies. Mr. Al Nabooda continues to serve as the Chairman, guiding the company with his vision and leadership.

For over four decades, RES vision has been to be a leader in the industry by building and nurturing relationships with all our stakeholders, including owners, tenants, and government agencies.

We manage a diverse property portfolio ranging from residential buildings, commercial spaces, and showrooms to warehouses and staff accommodations. Our expertise extends beyond day-to-day operations; we also advise owners on property valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions, and we oversee the development of new projects.
