Job Description
ASCC (Al Sahel Construction Company) is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on site experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise construction activities at site and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage
Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of site engineering experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site coordination
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations
Good communication and reporting skills
